Not a great read... the movie was much better
I did not receive any of my Gerald Browne order. It was many books and I am very disappointed. I could not get any satisfaction from because they are unreachable.
Great Book. I am hooked on his character development!! If he writes they guy with Kinky, you experience Kinky. Too Fun!!

Having read, what I thought were, all of Mr Browne's books, I discovered this gem. Fast paced and completely riveting. I wish there could be just one more!!
I love this author and you almost can't find his work in the library these days. I like this author because of his descriptive, fine writing style. This is a suspenseful book with well-developed characters. Kept me on edge until the very end.
My husband and I read this book long ago, really enjoyed it, and were reminiscing about it. So I ordered it so we could re-read it, and it has held up so very well over time. It's a great read for vacation or any time.
