So these guys have known each other for quite a while, but lets not get into that. Lets just straight to the meat of it, shall we?Absolutely no character development at all.
What makes a good story, is seeing the relationship bloom from beginning to "Happily ever after".
The realization that they are attracted to each other.
The convincing one another, or themselves to take it that next step.
Etc, etc, etc...
But it was not meant to be in this prequel. It was more like a "Wham-Bam-Thank you, Ma'am" then "Hit the Road, Jack".
And the excerpt from the actual book did not stir my interest at all. It was so boring and pointless, I could not finish the first chapter.

Good romance
When I pay for a book, I expect a story, not 2 chapters and then a link to buy the rest of the story! It's a disgrace that let items like this be classified as books when they clearly are not!
What a waste of money!
I liked the beginning of this book. The word tempting in the title is appropriate since not only is Tessa being tempted, but also the reader. The only problem is that the book is too short! Need to buy the rest of the series.
Very short prequel to Tessa's Pride. The main characters are introduced and their friendship is identified. This includes the first two chapters of Tessa's Pride also.
This book goes right into the sex involved without much explanation of the characters. The writing left a lot to be desired.
This short story left me wanting to read more of Tessa's story. it was a good intro to what I think could be an interesting series of books.
